Pilot Provisioning and MPL Request for Information
Mechtronix has always had the vision of a closer integration between ab-initio training and type-rating.
In a context of global pilot shortage, most airlines are now seeking to secure their pilot supply.
Pilot provisioning addresses that need by turning out highly qualified commercial pilots. One of the pilot provisioning paths is MPL (Multicrew Pilot License).
MPL overview

- Focused on multi-crew environment
- Competency based training = common standards
- Type specific oriented
- Greater use of flight simulators – New definition and terminology (FSTD divided into 4 categories)
- Integrated threat and error management training
- Integrated upset recovery training
- Creation of ATO encompassing FTO & TRTO infrastructures
| Typical integrated program | MPL training | |
